Cancellation of WaClub Premium


Membership Fee:
WaClub Premium member can cancel their membership if they wish to do so.  However, the payment for membership of MYR300 will not be refunded. The privilege (discount & Wapoint) will be withdrawn accordingly. The membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If they want to continue the membership, they must reapply with a new fee of MYR300.

Booking Cancellation:
In the event of a booking cancellation requested by the customer, where the membership fee was paid together with the rental cost, the membership fee amount will not be refunded.

Please be note that the WaClub refund are applicable only for the first time user.


**Disclaimer : 
Once the membership is upgraded to premium status, this change is irreversible. Reverting the account to a non-premium status is not possible.
