WaClub Premium memberships may be terminated under specific circumstances outlined by Wahdah. Termination can occur for various reasons, including unresolved claims, lack of payment, or violations of Wahdah's terms and conditions.
Upon termination:
No Refund on Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable. Once terminated, members will not receive any partial or full refund of the membership fee already paid.
Outstanding Claims and Reapplication
Members with outstanding claims or cases are required to settle these issues before reapplying. Reapplication for WaClub Premium membership will involve a new registration fee.
Policy on Payment Delays
If no payment is made within 14 weeks of the initial membership or renewal date, the membership may be voided or forfeited. In such cases, members wishing to rejoin the program must complete a new application and pay any applicable registration fees.
Discretionary Actions by Wahdah
Wahdah reserves the right to exercise discretion in membership terminations, including the possibility of holding or banning memberships temporarily for unresolved claims or compliance issues.
This policy ensures a fair and consistent approach to membership management, emphasizing the importance of resolving outstanding matters promptly. For any inquiries or further assistance, please contact Wahdah's support team.
