I always rent vehicles whenever in KL. This is my first time engaging Wahdah’s service. Firstly, I would like to compliment on the seamless and professional user interface for vehicle booking and email notification as compare to some company I utilised before. Wahdah’s email is clear will all the information required. Secondly, Wahdah is flexible in car pick & return time and location with no extra cost. Which is a big plus point for a customer. Thirdly, very responsive Hero, Izzul in WA communications. Irfan was also very friendly and accommodating when sending and picking up the vehicle. He has a big & welcoming smile. Area of improvement; could shorten the duration for the refund if the deposit. Instead of 15 days. Will definately engage Wahdah’s service from now on whenever I’m in KL.

Pleasant experience renting from Wahdah. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The car provided was brand new and we have no complaints. The contact person who delivered the car was very courteous & nice, and also communicated with us effectively via WhatsApp .
