We booked based on recommendation from our fellow friends. It was last minute but they didn't disappoint us at all. The process from the collection to returning of vehicles was a breeze. Only point that I should highlight is the returning of deposit, 15 days is a little too long for a wait. Other car rental companies do it between 3-5 working days. Appreciate if they could speed this part up. Nonetheless, overall experience was brilliant!

maybe shall review the battery status of the car key before passing to customer, I am unable to use the key due to battery ran out.

1)The back mirror inside the car was NG, not feeling well after seeing it. 2)1.3 Bezza was lack of power when climbing the hill at highway.
