PERKARA: ADUAN RASMI DAN KETIDAKPUASAN HATI TERHADAP TEMPOH PEMULANGAN DEPOSIT YANG TERLALU LAMA ——————————————————- Kepada pihak pengurusan Wahdah Rental Car, Saya ingin mengemukakan aduan rasmi berhubung proses pemulangan deposit yang pada pandangan saya amat tidak munasabah, membebankan pelanggan serta menimbulkan persoalan mengenai kewajaran polisi yang diamalkan oleh pihak syarikat. Saya telah memulangkan kenderaan sewaan pada 4 Jun 2026 dalam keadaan baik dan tanpa sebarang isu yang dimaklumkan kepada saya. Namun begitu, saya dimaklumkan bahawa pelanggan perlu menunggu 10 hari terlebih dahulu sebelum butang ("withdrawal button") untuk membuat tuntutan pemulangan deposit dipaparkan dalam sistem. Ini bermakna bagi kes saya, butang tersebut hanya akan muncul pada 14 Jun 2026. Malangnya, tarikh tersebut jatuh pada hari Ahad, iaitu hari tidak bekerja. Oleh itu, proses hanya boleh bermula pada 15 Jun 2026. Lebih mengecewakan, selepas pelanggan menekan butang tersebut, pihak Wahdah masih memerlukan 10 hingga 14 hari bekerja lagi untuk memproses pemulangan wang deposit. Dalam tempoh tersebut terdapat beberapa hari yang bukan hari bekerja iaitu: 16 Jun 2026 – Cuti Awal Muharam 20 Jun 2026 (Sabtu) 21 Jun 2026 (Ahad) 27 Jun 2026 (Sabtu) 28 Jun 2026 (Ahad) Berdasarkan kiraan ini, saya hanya dijangka menerima semula wang deposit sekitar 3 Julai 2026, iaitu hampir 29 hari selepas kenderaan dipulangkan. Saya ingin menegaskan bahawa tempoh menunggu hampir sebulan untuk mendapatkan semula wang deposit adalah sesuatu yang amat tidak munasabah. Wang tersebut adalah milik pelanggan dan bukannya dana yang sepatutnya ditahan begitu lama tanpa alasan yang jelas. Sekiranya pemeriksaan kenderaan telah selesai dan tiada tuntutan kerosakan dibuat, saya tidak melihat sebarang justifikasi mengapa pelanggan perlu menunggu sehingga hampir 30 hari untuk menerima wang mereka semula. Sebagai sebuah syarikat penyewaan kenderaan yang beroperasi secara profesional, saya berpendapat bahawa polisi ini tidak mesra pelanggan dan memberi beban kewangan yang tidak sepatutnya kepada penyewa. Tempoh pemulangan deposit yang terlalu panjang ini juga menimbulkan persepsi bahawa syarikat sengaja melambatkan pemulangan wang pelanggan tanpa sebab yang munasabah. Saya dengan ini memohon agar pihak Wahdah Rental Car: 1. Mempercepatkan proses pemulangan deposit bagi kes saya. 2. Menilai semula polisi sedia ada kerana ia jelas tidak mesra pelanggan dan memberi beban kewangan yang tidak sepatutnya kepada penyewa. Saya berharap pihak Wahdah Rental Car dapat memberikan maklum balas dan penyelesaian yang sewajarnya dalam kadar segera. Sekian, terima kasih.

The experience with Wahdah was extremely smooth. Prior to my arrival, I confirmed the car booking via their service center, which was a seamless experience. They even guided me on how to upload my passport and driving license details. Upon arriving at Langkawi Airport (pickpoint for my car), the experience of calling the number/person (Aznan) provided on the checkout slip (provided online as soon as my booking was completed), was immediate and helpful. Another person, Shahzua (?) handed me the car and even encouraged me to take a pic/video of anything I found amiss in the car (scratches, etc). Barring minor ones, there were none. The car was in good condition. Finally, on the day of the drop-off, the process was smooth and friendly (it was done in a few mins) - thanks to Muhammad Ayadi ! All in all, every single person I dealt with, and the condition of the car (Toyota Vios) and the driving experience was superb. Will highly recommend to anyone planning to take a car on rent in Langkawi (which to my mind is a must to get the most of what Langkawi has to offer).
