Comms was fantastic throughout. Only 1 feedback for better service- we were 6 persons to be picked up from JB Sentral, but the car that came had 5 passenger seats with 5 seatbelts. We informed ahead, at time of booking the pickup via whatsapp that we were 6 people and we were advised that a 10-seater ( you even sent us a photo of the wahdah shuttle vehicle) would pick us up.

Process from booking to return was very seamless and customer service is very quick to respond and assist. Will definitely rent from Wahdah again next time!
