It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in. Huge compliment to Mr Rifky and definitely will engage Wahdah Car services again in future trips to Jakarta or Bandung.

I’m really satisfied with the service from Wahdah. I originally booked a different car, but it was unavailable at the last minute. Without any extra charges, they upgraded me to a much better car. The vehicle was spotless when I received it and everything was in great condition. On top of that, their customer service was excellent very responsive and helpful in replying to messages. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Will definitely rent from them again!

The car is quite new and clean . Hand over is smooth and easy . Petrol is half tank instead of full tank, so have some difficulty to judge how much to pump before return the car. Returning the car is also smooth and convenient . Overall quite happy with WAHDAH services . Strongly recommended .
