I was so glad to have rented our car with Wahdah when I visited Kangar, Perlis last 12 April 2026. Their extremely prompt responses in English on Whatsapp is a comfort for all renters like me, giving me assurance that they are always available to answer any queries I may have, and indeed there were many - but all handled so effortlessly by the team. Many of the other car renters do not respond immediately (some even ignored my messages while others only wrote in Malay ignoring the needs of their potential customers). One even had a policy that says that if they did not respond within 12 hours of our submission, it is thus assumed that the car is not available - such poor attitudes towards excellent customer service, which Wahdah totally has. So if you are reading this and pondering if you should rent from Wahdah, look no further as all the others will waste your time and emotions.
