Wahdah communicated well with us, collecting my Drivers License details ahead and deposit ahead of schedule. Booking was confirmed within minutes. The agent contacted me the moment my flight landed and had our vehicle ready at the exit with pick-up formalities ready for signature. He also took care of parking formalities for us when we encountered parking requirements in Ipoh old town. He was waiting for us at the time of drop off, completing formalities within minutes.
