We booked a Bezza from JB for 13 days. We flew into Singapore and immediately rossed the border to JB, but our luggage was not on the plane. We did not know if the luggage would arrive before the car pickup was due. The contact at WahDah was really understanding and super helpful with the possibility that we might have to delay the vehicle pickup after our luggage arrived. In fact it all worked out, but it reduced our stress knowing that WahDah were here to make life easier and not another stress. The car was excellent, massive boot for a family of five.
