I'm pleasant surprise and happy with the excellent service that I had gotten from Wahdah throughout the journey. Every part of the consumer journey experience was excellent. 1 person that i personally want to thank are Bella who had tentatively took time to resolve my booking and login issue on the platform. And the Hero, Fitri who is responsible and detail to go through the car picking up and return process with me with no difficulties in communicating with English. The car I rented was less than 1 year old with only 9k mileage on it. Car was very clean and unlike other car rental company who might substitute the intended car to rent, Wahdah kept to their promise and delivered the services with excellent quality and speed. I will definitely want to rent a car from Wahdah again. Thank you and take care
