What is the shuttle services?

The shuttle service is our car-with-driver service that transfers travelers between Johor Bahru and Singapore or vice versa, from Singapore to Johor Bahru. Our shuttle will pick you up at any address in Singapore (limited to 1 address) and take you to our office in Johor Bahru. From there, you can switch to a self-drive rental car of your choice at our Hub.

The fixed rate for this service is RM400 per way (via Woodlands immigration). While you cannot choose the car model, we typically use an MPV or a similar-sized vehicle to your rental car. The service accommodates a maximum of 9 passengers per transfer.

To enable the shuttle add-on button on our website, you need to select the pick-up or return location at WAHDAH Hub (JB). The choice between one-way or two-way transfers (Return) depends on your preference.

This option offers convenience as you won't need to disembark and queue for passport stamping; you can simply wait inside the car. If you can manage to cross the border independently, you also have the option to collect your car rental at JB Sentral (CIQ area). (Work differently if you need a Visa on Arrival). 

Conversely, our shuttles operate similarly for pick-ups in Johor Bahru and drop-offs in Singapore. For a two-way transfer, the cost is RM400x2 = RM800 (via Woodlands immigration).
