Document Requirements
Document preparation

 

There are two (2) ways for submitting your document:

1. After making payment, you will receive an email from WAHDAH containing a link to upload your document. Click on the red button in your email.

2. Click My bookings > View booking > Document > Upload Document after logging in. Only jpeg and png files are accepted, PDF documents are not permitted. Images captured by a mobile phone camera are acceptable.

 

For Malaysian drivers:

Both the front and back images of your valid identification card (IC) and driver's license must be uploaded.

For Foreign drivers:

Your valid passport, the biodata page, and page 3 must be visible in a single photo, as shown in the example above. Upload the same photo for both sections and your valid driver's license front and back. 

You must upload your document before picking up your car in order to:

1. Receive the check-out slip, which contains information on your Hero (person in charge), his name, and mobile phone number. As well as the car information (car registration number).

2. Prevent you from getting the incorrect vehicle for your trip.
