How to make payment?

We accept online payment only. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, online banking and Paypal.We will provide the payment link once your booking is confirmed thru your registered email.

When do I need to pay the monthly subscription fee?

The invoice will be generated 1 day before the end of the due date. You need to make payment before your due date. Unless you have given the credit facility, then you may enjoy the credit facility accordingly. There is a late payment fee of MYR5 per day in case the payment is made after the due date. Do share the receipt as our reference or let us know should you have any issue with your payment.

 How do I make payment?

• Book Now

You can pay the security deposit and the first month subscription fee after confirming your car selection. We give priority delivery to the Subscribers who choose this method and your subscription will start only when you receive the car

• Book Now & Pay Later

You can reserve the car and lock the current price and offers(if any) by paying only the deposit. You can pay the subscription fee later at your convenience. But please note that we will only process the delivery after the subscription fee is paid and your subscription will start only after the car is delivered.

• Book Now & Pay Upon Delivery

In selected states, we also offer ‘Booked now and Pay on Delivery’ where you can reserve your car by paying only a deposit and the car will be delivered to your doorstep. At the time of car delivery, you can check the car, take a test-drive and pay the first month fee only when you are satisfied with the car. We promise to process the refund if you are not satisfied with the car.*

When will I get my deposit?

Your deposit will be credited to your Wacash account. You may self-request for a refund on your own, 10 days after the car returns at the end of the subscription duration.

Disclaimer: WAHDAH has the right to deduct your WaCash amount for the claim if no response is received within 2 days of the claim being made. Your future bookings may be subject to hold or cancellation due to pending payments related to cases or claims. Please settle the outstanding payment promptly to proceed with your next pick-up.
