Can I get a FREE upgrade?

A free upgrade may be provided if the car you originally booked is unavailable or under specific circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a larger vehicle as an alternative. Our Customer Experience Team will contact you to request your permission before proceeding with the replacement of your selected car.

In certain situations, your selected vehicle may be replaced with a different model within the same class. For instance, a Perodua Bezza could be replaced with a Perodua Myvi.
