What happened to my existing booking ?


Your existing booking remains unchanged. However, due to adjustments in our operational procedures, when selecting the Pick-Up & Drop-Off Point at JB Sentral, there is no need to cross over to the Holiday Inn. Instead, you simply wait in the designated area at JB Sentral.
