About

The Panorama Langkawi Skycab in Langkawi, Malaysia, opened in 2002. It offers stunning views from Machinchang mountain via a cable car gondola.

Each gondola holds up to six people with a weight limit of 480 kg. About 35 gondolas run daily, and the ride to the top takes around 15 minutes, starting from the base station at Machinchang Hill. At 650 meters, there's a stop for scenic views of trees and cliffs.

At the top station, 708 meters above sea level, you’ll see the Andaman Sea, nearby islands, and on clear days, even southern Thailand. You'll also spot the Langkawi Sky Bridge, a 125-meter curved bridge connecting the mountain peaks.
