Deliver the car to our at time we requested. Everything was up to expectations.as it is a mpv it was quite comfortable. Quite easy to handle only alitttle under power. Only con is the central locking of the 4 doors button is below the a/c panel

Top marks for customer experience. One small opportunity for improvement would be incorporating some formal documentation for pickup and drop off, to provide more peace of mind for the renter and to indemnify the staff handling these 2 key customer touch points

The car was delivered directly to our hotel, which made our arrival hassle-free. It was in excellent condition and ran perfectly throughout our trip—no issues at all. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process; the person was responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. At the end of our journey, we simply dropped the car off at the airport, where it was promptly picked up. The whole experience was seamless, and we’re really happy with the overall service.
